The minimum amount for topping up a Nol card is 5 AED. However, for online top-ups through the RTA website or Nol Pay app, the minimum amount is 20 AED.

Online top-ups usually reflect on your card within 24-48 hours. After making an online payment, you'll need to tap your card at any metro station ticket gate or bus validator to complete the top-up process.
If you have a registered personalized Nol card, you should report it immediately to the RTA by calling 800-9090 or visiting an RTA customer service center. The card will be blocked and the balance can be transferred to a new card. For unregistered cards, unfortunately, the balance cannot be recovered.
